Tini Mamuchashvili
Co-founder of Georgian start-up - Neuropilot
Tini is a dynamic individual with a rich background in entrepreneurship and startups. After spending six years in China, she honed her expertise in this field. She co-founded NEUROPILOT VR, a groundbreaking VR application designed to help professional athletes manage anxiety.
Tini's journey in the world of entrepreneurship began with her role as the co-director of Startup Grind chapters in Beijing and Tbilisi. Her passion for fostering startup communities led her to Silicon Valley, where she took on the responsibility of managing community-building efforts across Europe and Africa.
In 2022, Tini's startup, NEUROPILOT VR, achieved a significant milestone by securing a GITA matching grant. Subsequently, they successfully developed an initial app for VR glasses, which has been widely embraced by professional sports athletes, including rugby players, car racers, and horse riders.
Since 2020, Tini has been an integral part of Ilia State University, where she is dedicated to cultivating an entrepreneurial community and fostering a mindful ecosystem among students and alumni. Under her guidance, numerous student organizations, such as the Google Developers Club, IEEE, Digital Leadership, Codecademy, and Startup Grind, have opened. In 2022, she took on the role of managing Zoomout, the first university-based pre-acceleration program at Ilia State University. Her mission is to raise awareness and build a thriving tech entrepreneurship community through both formal and informal education channels.
