Irakli Kotetishvili

Mr. Irakli Kotetishvili is a Regional Advisor on Anti-Corruption and Public Administration at the UNDP Istanbul Regional Hub. Prior to joining UNDP Mr. Kotetishvili has worked for the World Bank, OSCE and DFID projects in various countries, including, Armenia, Chile, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Sierra-Leone, Ukraine and Uganda. Before joining the international development sector, Mr. Kotetishvili served as a Head of the Civil Service Bureau of Georgia, where he led the implementation of various initiatives, including the launch of an Online Asset Declaration System and Centralized E-Recruitment Platform in the Civil Service. Mr. Kotetishvili has served also as a Head of the Analytical Department in the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. He holds Masters Degrees in Public Policy from the University of Oxford and in International Criminal Law from the University of Sussex.
