Tinatin Genebashvili is an experienced senior manager with over a decade of expertise in project/program management and political research. She specializes in financial sector development, climate finance, and private sector engagement for green and inclusive economic development.  She has a proven track record of leveraging multi-stakeholder strategic partnerships for resource mobilization and optimization.

Tinatin currently holds the role of Program Officer for Inclusive Economic Development at the Embassy of Sweden in Tbilisi. She also serves as an Executive Research Assistant. Tinatin’s professional journey includes valuable experiences at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and State Audit Office of Georgia.

Tinatin earned her Global MA in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. Her academic achievements also include a second MA in European Studies from Tallinn University. Tinatin’s commitment to continued education is exemplified by her completion of an executive program on Leading Economic Growth at Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University, as well as participation in Leadership Academy for Development by the Stanford Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law.
