Secretary General, UNA-Denmark
Secretary General of the Danish United Nations Association since 2010, being an active member of the organisation since 1991. A main focus throughout the years has been on sustainable development, first in activities in connection to and following up on the outcomes of the 1992 UN Conference on Environment and Development, namely Agenda 21, later being involved in the process to develop, adopt and implement the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Elected to the Executive Committee of WFUNA in 2018, being the Chair of the Finance Committee from 2023. Political Scientist from the University of Copenhagen. Active in as well as organiser of civil society in Denmark since 1979.
