Irina Tserodze


Vocational Education Specialist; Private Sector Engagement Team Lead at the USAID Industry Led Skills Development.

Irina Tserodze has over 20 years of experience working in a leading role for both International Organizations (USAID, USDA, UNDP) and public sector. As a public servant, she co-managed the Vocational Education System Reform in Georgia implemented in 2014-2020. She was actively engaged in the nationalization of Sustainable Development Agenda from the skills development perspective. In parallel, Irina Tserodze had the honor to represent ETF partner countries at the ETF Board of Directors. Currently, she leads the private sector engagement in skills development at the USAID program as a TVET specialist.  

Irina has graduated from the Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Philosophy; has a master’s in public administration from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and Associate Degree from Cambridge International College in Education Psychology and Administration.
