She serves as the Founding Partner and Vision Lead of ACT, a global consulting firm that empowers leaders and organizations in 34 countries to make a positive impact. Tinatin is also a passionate advocate for women in business, and she is the founder of the Women for Tomorrow business federation

Tinatin Rukhadze is an award-winning entrepreneur and management consultant with over 20 years of experience. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Tbilisi State University and an MBA in Management Consulting from the Grenoble Ecole De Management (GGSB). Tinatin is also a Certified International Coach through Erickson International.

Tinatin co-founded Analysis & Consulting Team (ACT), a research and management consulting company headquartered in Georgia, where she currently serves as the Founding Partner and Vision Lead. Under her leadership, ACT has grown to become Georgia's largest research and consulting firm, expanding its services globally and operating in 34 countries from offices in Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan. Throughout her career, Tinatin has successfully worked with business leaders across various industries and with political leaders and government representatives in the CIS region.

Tinatin's dedication to supporting women extends beyond her own organization. In 2014, she joined forces with respected businesswomen to establish the "Women for Tomorrow" business federation. This federation aims to empower female leadership and promote their inclusion for the healthy and sustainable development of the economy. Tinatin was elected as the first chairwoman of the federation.

Tinatin's contributions have not gone unnoticed. In 2016, she was featured on the cover of Forbes Women Georgia and participated in an in-depth interview about her achievements in business. In 2018, she received the Clicquot Business Woman Award, a prestigious recognition for women business leaders who have made significant contributions to the global economy and business.
