Sesili Verdzadze


Supporting Public Administration Reform in Georgia Project Manager, UNDP

Sesili Verdzadze has more than 15 years of experience working with government and international organizations. She serves as a “Supporting Public Administration Reform in Georgia Phase 2” project manager at UNDP Georgia, focusing on Public Policy Development, Civil Service Reform and Service Delivery pillars. 


In her previous role at UNDP Accelerator lab Georgia she focused on testing the policies through the application of behavioral science and identification of scalable grassroots solutions.  
Before joining the UNDP, Sesili was leading the Research and Innovations Unit ServiceLab of the Public Service Development Agency of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. Her work focuses on bringing user-centered design into the way public services are designed and delivered. As part of her role, within the frames of ongoing Public Administration reform, Sesili was leading the elaboration of the “Public Service Design, Delivery, Quality Assurance and Costing Policy” along with respective guidelines, which is being implemented across the government in all public service provider entities. 


Sesili has 2 master's degrees in Public Administration and management from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) and the University College London (UCL).
