Beka Gonashvili is the Founder and Board Member of Georgian Farmers Association, a Speaker at Georgian Farmers Council, a Board Member at Chamber of Commerce of Georgia, and a Board Member at LAG (Local Acting Groups) in Dedoplistskaro Municipality.

Beka Gonashvili worked as an IFAD Program DiMMA Livestock Manager from September 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, he was an Agro Coordinator in the SME Sales Department of Bank of Georgia from March 2019 to May 2022. He has also worked as an Agricultural Consultant for the USDA project implemented by Land O Lake's in 2018, and as an Agricultural Consultant for the UNDP Project "Work Based Learning" from 2017 to 2018. Beka has held various positions including Chief Specialist in Agriculture Research Centre, Founder of Animal Nutrition Factory in Dedoplistskaro, Managing Director at Dedoplistksaro's Farmers Service and Mechanization Center, Founder and CEO of Dedoplistskaro's Farmers Centre "AGROQIZIKI" LLC, Head of Georgian Shepherd's Association, CEO of his own Livestock Exporting Company "Georgian Livestock Export" LLC, General Director of "Alfa for Livestock" LTD, Managing Director of Hunting and Fishing Farm in Dedoplistskaro district "Dalismta", and Credit Administrator at TBC Bank.
